Teknisk Ventilasjon AS becomes part of Instalco AB

It provides installation services within air cleaning, automated systems and heat pumps for all types of properties. For the 2017 financial year, net sales amounted to approximately 55 million.

Teknisk Ventilasjon was founded in 1987 and currently has 17 employees. The company is active in ventilation and is specialised in indoor climate solutions. It provides installation services within air cleaning, automated systems and heat pumps for all types of properties. For the 2017 financial year, net sales amounted to approximately 55 million.

Instalco AB is one of the leading Nordic companies within plumbing, electricity, ventilation and cooling. With the acquisition of Teknisk Ventilasjon, Instalco is entering a new geographic areas in Norway. The Trondheim area comprises a strategic position for Instalco and is an area characterised by favourable growth. Teknisk Ventilasjon has a strong local position in the market and good profitability.

Instalco purchased 100 % of the shares and Stratema acted as advisor to Teknisk Ventilasjon.
