ÅF wishes to focus its business activities within the large markets in Southern Norway. Through the acquisition, Rambøll will further strengthen its position in Bodø and Northern Norway.

The organisation comprises around 20 employees within technical advisory services relating to the HVAC and electrical disciplines. A contents transaction has been agreed upon, through which Rambøll will acquire the company’s employees and operating assets, and continue assignments and agreements with sub-suppliers and partners.

The employees view the merger with Rambøll as positive and will continue their work under Rambøll’s direction.
In the short term, the company will continue to operate from the same premises, but will be moved to Rambøll’s premises in Bodø at a later date.
