Aleksander holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen. He has more than 10 years’ M&A and management consulting experience from a broad range of industries. For the last six years, however, he has concentrated on the construction industry, with a focus on façade renovation, painting, HVAC and ground works businesses. He is a sharp analyst, and his calm and thoughtful demeanour always creates a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, irrespective of whether it as an initial client meeting or the transaction parties are getting together to sign the contract and shake hands. Aleksander speaks fluent Portuguese and enjoys taking his summer holidays in his wife’s home country of Brazil.
