Fasadgruppen continues to expand in Norway through the acquisition of RSM Fasade AS (”RSM”) and Rogaland Blikk AS (”RB”). The acquisition provides Fasadgruppen with a strong position in the façade renovation market in Stavanger and surrounding areas.

RSM was founded in 1999 and is one of the largest façade renovation companies in western Norway, with a strong market position in and around Stavanger. The company has renovation projects as its prime focus, and has developed strong masonry, plastering and painting skills. RSM has 19 full-time employees and had revenues of NOK 49 million in the 2020 financial year.

RB was founded in 2017 and is co-located with RSM. Its business is focused on façade panel installation, as well as roof and sheet-metal work, in both newbuilding and renovation projects. RB has 10 full-time employees and had revenues of NOK 18 million in the 2020 financial year.

Fasadgruppen is drawing on available credit facilities and own funds to fund the acquisition of all RSM and RB shares. The sellers have undertaken to re-invest part of the purchase price by acquiring existing Fasadgruppen shares in an amount corresponding to NOK 10.8 million. The shares acquired through such reinvestment are subject to lock-up until 12 May 2022.
