OBOS Prosjekt AS acquires majority stake in Stema Rådgivning AS

OBOS Prosjekt AS has entered into an agreement to acquire 60% of the shares of Stema Rådgivning. Stratema has adviced Stema Rådgiving on the sell side.

The transaction will take place October 5th if approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority. The agreement includes a put/call option to sell/buy the remaining 40% of the shares.

Stema Rådgivning AS is providing services within Project Management mostly for construction of Commercial buildings and different kinds of Infrastructure projects both in Public and Private sector. Stema Rådgiving employes more than 100 people at the Head quarter in Oslo and at the Branch offices in Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim and Nannestad. The aquisition includes the subsidiaries Stema Byggebistand in Tana (Northern part of Norway) and Byggeråd AS in the Hamar-region.
Obos Prosjekt AS is offering project management, construction management and construction control mostly at new Residential buildings and rehabilitation of old residential buildings. The company employes 80 people distributed at the offices in Oslo, Bergen, Hamar, Stavanger, Trondheim, Fredrikstad and Vestfold. Obos Prosjekt AS holds 76% of the shares of Østfold Prosjekt AS and 74, 8 % of Øyvind Moen AS, both active within Project Management and Construction management in the Oslo-area.
The OBOS-Group consists of 29 subsidiaries, 27 fully owned, an two by majority. They again are owning the majority of the shares in 83 companies.
