Ulrik holds an MSc in International Business from Hult International Business School in London, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration from the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. He has several years of M&A experience, previously covering the infrastructure sector as an analyst.

At Stratema, Ulrik has served as a project manager in the execution of several sales and acquisition processes, particularly within HVAC and electrical and telecommunications installation. With his comprehensive industry knowledge, he possesses a unique ability to identify needs and implement solutions to the benefit of all parties involved in the transaction. Ulrik’s accommodating and solution-oriented approach, coupled with his genuine interest in the companies and individuals involved, helps foster strong relationships and successful transactions.

When he`s not in the office, Ulrik enjoys staying active, especially through skiing and golfing. As the true Southern Norwegian he is, he prefers to spend his summer vacations enjoying all the best that the Southern region has to offer.
