Nimlas Group has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Konstel in Norway from Credo Partners and former employed. Konstel is an electrical installation service provider with revenues of NOK 1.6 billion and approximately 1000 employees.

Nimlas Group has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Konstel in Norway, thereby creating a robust platform for further installation service growth in Norway and establishing a strong Nordic position by adding this latest acquisition to its previous takeovers of Sandbäckens in Sweden and Quattro Mikenti Group in Finland. Nimlas Group will have total post-transaction revenues of about NOK 6 billion and 3,500 employees.

The Konstel group is comprised of 25 local electrical installation companies whose main geographical focus is Eastern and Mid-Norway.

Nimlas Group, which is owned by Fond advised by KLAR Partners, was established through the acquisition of Sandbäckens in Sweden and Quattro Mikenti Group in Finland. Nimlas Group provides technical installation services, including heating & sanitation, electricity, ventilation, automation, fire safety, cooling/refrigeration, as well as security systems.

The transaction is conditional upon approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority, with completion expected in January 2023.
