Stratema AS has assisted Stema Rådgivning AS with a generational change among the company’s owners / management buy-out (MBO) and an accompanying financing solution / leverage buy-out (LBO).
One of the largest shareholders has sold their stake in the company, the other shareholders within management will continue their ownership, and other key persons will be invited to become new shareholders.
Stema Rådgivning AS was established in 2001 and is an independent consultancy within project administration services, with 85 employees and an expected turnover of NOK 120 million for 2013.
