Credo Partners brings five commercial interior providers together

Credo Partners is investing, together with the founders of Innomhus, Næringshus, CreoNordic, Tøftum Innredning and Oslo Bygginnredning, in what will be a nationwide provider of complete commercial interior planning and supply solutions, which will be highly focused on the rehabilitation segment. In addition, the group will include a glass and moulding range for the flexible and rapid supply of specialised items, which facilitates recycling and reuse.

The group is comprised of the following companies: Innomhus AS, Næringshus AS, CreoNordic Gruppen with subsidiaries, Tøftum Innredning AS and Oslo Bygginnredning AS. In 2021, the group had revenues of about NOK 500 million and around 150 highly skilled employees.

The group will be a definite Top 3 player in Norway, and will aim for further growth and development. Credo Partners is enthusiastic about the scope for professionalising a fragmented industry in partnership with dynamic and motivated founders.

All founders are strongly committed to continuing as both operational managers and owners.
