A. Hansen Gruppen is the first acquisition that Stratema has assisted Corteco with, marking a step toward fulfilling the company’s strategy of establishing a strong market position in the rehabilitation and maintenance of the exterior of properties in Norway.
A. Hansen Gruppen is a Oslo-based company with a significant presence in the roofing and tinsmith market, with a primary focus on rehabilitation projects. The acquisition provides Corteco with a solid platform for further growth in Norway, enabling the delivery of broader and more tailored solutions to construction firms, public clients, private property owners, and housing cooperatives.
Throughout the process, Stratema has emphasized the alignment of corporate culture and business focus between the two companies. Another key factor is the size and quality of A. Hansen Gruppen, providing a solid foundation for Corteco’s continued growth in Norway. The transaction forms a strong foundation that opens opportunities for mutual reinforcement in future development.
Corteco is the professional partner for property owners in sustainable renovation and maintenance of the exterior of properties. Corteco was established by Celero Capital in 2022 through the acquisition of several leading companies in the industry.
A. Hansen Gruppen is a well-established roofing and tinsmith company in Oslo, founded in 1970. The company achieved a turnover of 167 million NOK in 2022 with good profitability. After the acquisition, Corteco consists of 11 companies, 10 in Sweden and 1 in Norway, with a combined turnover of approximately 1.3 billion NOK.
Stratema appreciates the collaboration and look forward to following their development in the Norwegian market.
