After graduating as a civil engineer from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Fredrik has been in the consulting industry for more than 20 years. Having focused on business development and various aspects of the acquisition process, Fredrik has held managerial roles in the building, acquisition and integration of businesses. Fredrik has a comprehensive understanding of technology, strategy and commercial opportunities, along with a knack for spotting and analysing potential synergies. In his last role before joining Stratema, Fredrik was Head of Business Development and M&A IDS at AFRY (formerly ÅF) – a leading Nordic Design & Engineering consultancy firm. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family in their holiday home or out in the forest.
