Digisys sold to Visolit

Visolit AS acquired 100 %  of the shares of Digisys AS and Digisys Drift 24 AS, a Norwegian IT-operation, consulting and product sales business with focus on the Norwegian SMB market.

With the ever increasing focus on digitalization, complex IT deliveries and wide array of technologies, as well as customers increasing demand for “one-stop-shops”, Digisys has experiences strong growth both organically and through acquisitions over the last 10 years. Digisys AS and Digisys Drift 24 had revenues of 113 million NOK with and EBIT of 8,6 million NOK in 2017.

Through the acquisition Visolit is further strengthening its extensive competence within traditional and hybrid cloud services. The acquisition is also complimentary to its acquisition of iBiz in march 2018.
