Visolit AS acquired all shares of Digisys AS and Digisys Drift 24 AS, a Norwegian IT operation, consulting and product sales business with a focus on the Norwegian SME market.

Digisys has achieved significant growth over a considerable period of time and is intent on sustaining its development. Visolit, with its comprehensive expertise in advancing business growth and maximizing value from established customer bases, will support Digisys with the essential experience required to secure its continued expansion.

With the increased focus on digitalisation, complex IT solutions and a widening array of technological solutions, alongside customers’ increasing demand for “one-stop-shops”, Digisys has experienced strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions, over the last decade.

With this acquisition, Visolit is further strengthening its extensive expertise in vital product deliveries to SMEs, in addition to traditional and hybrid cloud services. The acquisition also complements its acquisition of iBiz in March 2018.

About Digisys

The company was established in 2007, and has 23 employees and an office at Lysaker, along with branches in Trondheim and Skedsmo. Digisys AS and Digisys Drift 24 had revenues of NOK 113 million and EBIT of NOK 8.6 million in 2017.

About Visolit

The Visolit IT group provides robust knowledge-led hybrid cloud solutions, digital collaboration tools, infrastructure and security, helping customers to make the most of today’s and tomorrow’s solutions. Visolit has about 1,200 employees in 12 locations across 4 countries, serving more than 3,000 business customers in the Nordics. Group revenues will exceed NOK 2.5 billion in 2019.
