Therma Industri is the leading Norwegian provider of industrial heating and cooling systems, with nationwide coverage and revenues of about NOK 300 million in 2020.
The acquisition is a strategic milestone for Francks as it provides access to the attractive Norwegian market and marks the beginning of Francks’ next growth phase. The combination of Francks and Therma creates a strong platform for further Nordic expansion.
