Data Centre Installations (DCI) joins Sparc Group

DCI has joined the Nordic installation group Sparc Group.

This transaction marks Sparc Group’s first acquisition in Norway, and expands the group’s geographical presence and expertise in technical installations for data centres and critical infrastructure.

Throughout the process, Stratema has focused on identifying an industrial partner that can take DCI to the next level, while creating shareholder value. Sparc Group’s entrepreneur-led model and ambition to jointly create a complete offering within the installation industry makes them an ideal partner for DCI.

DCI will continue to operate with its existing management team and strong local presence, while gaining access to new opportunities as part of a larger group.
