With great expertise in technical consultancy, Stratema has advised Wisegate in finding a partner capable of strengthening and accelerating their ongoing development journey.
Solwers strengthens its presence in Sweden by acquiring WiseGate, and expands its service portfolio and capabilities in line with its strategy. The acquisition also includes automation subsidiary DEMAB AB. The company will be reported as part of Solwers Group as of 01.01.2024. Solwers Sweden AB has signed an agreement to buy the entire share capital of WiseGate AB.
The key has been to identify a strategic partner who can preserve and leverage the invaluable culture and market knowledge inherent in the WiseGate companies. This serves as a robust foundation, ensuring sustained success moving forward.
