The purpose is to establish a wider ownership and a stronger commitment for the further development of the company. Stratema AS has assisted Site Service with this transaction including the financing solution.
Site Service was established in 2007 by people from the former Siemens Division Telecom in Norway. The company is building and maintaining telecom and mobile communication networks all over Norway. Site Service has partners and offices at 25 places in Norway. In 9 years time the company has grown to be 130 people with a revenue of approximately 20 MEUR.
