Instalco AB acquires AR Elektroprosjekt AS

AR Elektroprosjekt has been working with projects such as shoppingmalls, offices, hotels, hospitals, and schools. The company has 15 employees.

Instalco was established in 2014. The Group has an annual revenue of 2,200 MNOK.

Instalco includes the companies Rörgruppen, PoB Elektriska, Klimatrör, VVS-Metoder, ORAB Entreprenad, OTK Klimatinstallationer, Rörläggaren, Expertkyl, Tofta plåt & ventilation AB, LG Contracting, El-pågarna, Ohmegi, El-Expressen, Bi-Vent, Vallacom and Voltmen OY.
Instalco’s vision is to establish a leading player within the industry with a high level of technical skills, efficient deliveries at the right time and with the capasity to execute solutions adding value for the customers.

FSN Capital ownes a majorty of the shares of Instalco. FSN Capital is a Nordic Private Equity company investing in medium sized companies in the Nordic Region, within the service sector, manufacturing industry and retail. FSN Capital has a capital of 10 mrd. NOK from Nordic and international funds with a view for long term investments.

AR Elektroprosjekt is together with Romerike Elektro the first investment in Norway for Instalco.
