SH-Bygg was founded in 2008 and has built a strong position in the Oslo region, with a focus on renovation of façades and balconies. Its subsidiaries SH Tømmer and SH-Bygg Tegl complement SH-Bygg by providing carpentry and bricklaying services. SH-Bygg has 43 full-time employees and had revenues of about NOK 74 million in the 2020 financial year.
Fasadgruppen is in the process of establishing a strong position in the Nordic region, having acquired a total of 37 companies, 5 of which are based in Norway (DVS Entreprenør, Mjøndalen Mur & Puss, RSM Fasade, Rogaland Blikk and SH-Bygg). Fasadgruppen is seeking further expansion through acquisition, and is offering sellers an attractive reinvestment in Fasadgruppen shares, which have performed strongly since the company’s flotation in December 2020.
”With SH-Bygg, Fasadgruppen is strengthening its position in the Oslo region, which is by far the largest regional market in Norway. SH-Bygg has a number of fine qualities that we appreciate; a competent management team, comprehensive craftsmanship skills and a strong local affiliation,” says Johan Claesson, Business Area Manager, Fasadgruppen West.
”Fasadgruppen is providing new synergies and agreements that will boost the competitiveness of
SH-Bygg. In addition, we feel that DVS and Mjøndalen Mur & Puss have served as strong ambassadors of the group. The Fasadgruppen strategy is for group operations to be run locally, and this was a key premise for us in joining Fasadgruppen,” says Jan Erik Pedersen, CEO of SH-Bygg.
Fasadgruppen is drawing on available credit facilities and own funds to fund the acquisition of all SH-Bygg shares. The sellers have undertaken to re-invest part of the purchase price by acquiring Fasadgruppen shares.
Fasadgruppen Group was advised by Stratema.
