Corteco acquires Skaara Spesialvinduer

With Skaara Spesialvinduer now part of the group, Corteco comprises four companies in Norway, with a combined turnover of approximately NOK 680 million and around 310 employees. The acquisition aligns with Corteco’s strategy to establish a strong market presence in Norway.

Stratema has previously assisted Corteco with the acquisitions of Pussmester, Viking Entreprenør, and A. Hansen Gruppen. Together, these four companies will collaborate to deliver the best customer experience in sustainable property renovation, with a particular focus on exterior facades.

Founded in 2006, Skaara Spesialvinduer is a national leader in the restoration of windows and doors for listed and heritage buildings. The company has built a strong market position and developed specialised expertise, offering restoration services through its own workshops abroad. With a reputation for high quality, extensive experience, and excellence in niche projects, Skaara Spesialvinduer is a trusted name in the industry. In 2024, the company expects a turnover of approximately NOK 80 million, with strong profitability.

Following the acquisition of Skaara Spesialvinduer, Corteco consists of 16 companies, of which 12 are in Sweden and 4 in Norway. The total turnover exceeds 1.9 billion Swedish kronor, and the group has more than 600 employees.

Corteco was established in July 2022 by Celero Capital through the acquisition of several specialist companies. The company provides comprehensive solutions for the sustainable renovation and maintenance of exterior facades.
