Corteco is strengthening its position in Norway within sustainable renovation and maintenance of building exteriors through the acquisition of Pussmester.
With the acquisition of Pussmester, Corteco now consists of three companies in Oslo, with a combined turnover of approximately NOK 600 million and around 280 employees. The acquisition aligns with Corteco’s strategy to establish a strong market position in Norway.
Earlier this year, Stratema assisted Corteco with the acquisitions of Viking Entreprenør and A. Hansen Gruppen. The three companies will collaborate to provide Norway’s premier customer experience in sustainable property renovation, with a strong focus on exterior façades.
Pussmester, established in 2016, is a highly experienced contractor specialising in the renovation and maintenance of properties, with a strong focus on masonry and plasterwork. The company’s expertise in spray plaster systems enables it to deliver projects with exceptional quality and efficiency. Headquartered in Oslo, Pussmester caters to professional clients. In 2024, the company anticipates achieving a turnover of approximately NOK 100 million, maintaining solid profitability.
Following the acquisition of Pussmester, Corteco now comprises 15 companies, including 12 in Sweden and 3 in Norway. The total turnover exceeds SEK 1.8 billion, and the group has more than 600 employees.
Corteco was established in July 2022 by Celero Capital through the acquisition of several specialist companies. The company offers comprehensive solutions for sustainable renovation and maintenance of exterior façades. By prioritising environmental considerations, social responsibility, and responsible corporate governance, Corteco contributes to a greener and more responsible construction industry.
