Bergen Bygginnredning is an interior decoration manufacturer in Western Norway that supplies interiors, including glazing solutions, for commercial buildings. The company is based in Ytre Arna in the municipality of Bergen.
The Bergen Bygginnredning owners are selling all shares of the company to Inredo and are reinvesting a major part of the sales proceeds in the Inredo group.
The company is an excellent match for the group and complements the group’s offering with its focus on the reuse and recycling of interiors. Bergen Bygginnredning brings revenues of about NOK 40 million to Inredo, along with valuable manufacturing expertise and experience, as well as a number of highly skilled employees.
All employees and founders are committed to continuing as part of the Inredo group.
