Stratema has adviced ÅF on the buy side. The merger strengthens ÅF Advansia’s costumer offering within project management and construction management in the Oslo area and Southeastern parts of Norway.

Erstad & Lekven Oslo AS is an experienced participant in the Norwegian construction management market. The company was founded in 1989 and is focusing on the Eastern region of Norway. Erstad & Lekven Oslo AS has 40 employees and the annual turnover was MNOK 57 in 2014.

ÅF Advansia is a major actor in the management of large, complex, onshore construction projects in Norway. Prior to the merger with Erstad & Lekven Oslo, ÅF Advansia has 220 employees and sales of MNOK 490 in 2014. ÅF Advansia is part of ÅF AB, an engineering and consulting company based in Sweden, with more than 7,500 employees at projects worldwide.

“At ÅF Advansia we already know Erstad & Lekven well. We have worked together on several projects in the past and we share important core values. Both companies have extensive experience with management of large and complex land-based construction projects. Both companies are well known for creating the best project-teams for every project. Strategically, we have major similarities and coinciding values, like an uncompromising focus on quality”, says Rune Hardersen, CEO at ÅF Advansia.
