Renta Group acquires Utleiesenteret, with is one of Eastern Norway’s largest providers of machinery and equipment rental to the building and construction industry.
Utleiesenteret has bases in Drammen, Oslo, Kongsberg and Gardermoen, with a turnover of about NOK 300 million and about 80 employees. The company is one of the industry leaders in Eastern Norway.
Renta has operations in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Norway, with a turnover of EUR 280 million and about 1,000 employees. The company is expanding rapidly in Norway. Strong positions in Western and Northern Norway were established through acquisitions in 2018 and 2021. The acquisition of Utleiesenteret brings Renta close to covering the entire Norwegian market.
Utleiesenteret now joining Renta will pave the way for further growth in both existing and new markets. Customers will be better served in terms of both product range and geographical coverage. Access to the very best technological and digital solutions has been assured, and the high service level and strong local connection will be maintained.
All Utleiesenteret employees and managers will stay on. The company’s bases will be maintained.
