Analyst
Brian is an intern in Stratema’s Tech team in Oslo. He is completing a Master’s degree in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics, specialising in corporate finance, with courses including Advanced Transactions in M&A, Applied Corporate Finance and Private Equity.
Brian previously worked at Trintech, a private equity-backed SaaS company, where he gained insight into how strategic acquisitions can create direct value, which sparked his interest in learning more about M&A. Alongside his studies, he has served as Team Lead for the technology sector at the student club Social Investment Fund, where he worked on valuing technology companies. Brian will contribute to the Tech team with his background from the technology industry and his interest in the intersection of M&A, finance and tech.
Outside the office, Brian can be found on the tennis or padel court. He may have swapped football for racket sports, but the competitive instinct is very much intact.
