Brian is completing a Master’s degree in Finance at Nova School of Business and Economics, specialising in corporate finance. He has worked his way through courses including Advanced Transactions in M&A, Applied Corporate Finance and Private Equity, and has found a particular home in everything related to transactions and technology companies.
Before joining us, Brian worked at Trintech, a private equity-backed SaaS company, where he gained insight into how strategic acquisitions can create direct value.That experience gave him a concrete understanding of what a transaction involves, and set the direction for what he wants to build on going forward. Alongside his studies, he has also immersed himself in tech. As team leader for the technology sector in the Social Investment Fund, he worked on the valuation of technology companies.
At Stratema, Brian will contribute his background from the technology industry and his interest in the intersection of strategy, finance and tech. He wants to follow the full M&A process from start to finish, and we will make sure he gets solid exposure to exactly that.
Outside the office, Brian can be found on the tennis or padel court. He may have swapped football for racket sports, but the competitive instinct is very much intact.
