Lars Eriksson – Board Chair of Stratema Holding AS

Lars Eriksson has been appointed Board Chair of Stratema Holding AS to strengthen the ongoing development of Stratema as a Nordic organisation.

Lars, or Lasse as everyone calls him, has 9 years of M&A experience from Vitec Software Group AB (publ.), where he was both COO and head of M&A over a period when Vitec revenues expanded from SEK 350 to 1,200 million.

Before that, Lasse was Managing Partner of the M&A boutique Företagsbyrån AB in Stockholm for about 13 years. He has also been CEO of Data Construction AB and Executive Vice President of Cyncrona AB (publ.), and has experience from production system IT introduction at Electrolux, including the acquisition and restructuring of Zanussi in Europe and With Consolidate in the US.

Lasse is a Civil Engineer, Industrial Economics, from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
