Valtec joins the Vivify Group

Vivify is gaining presence in Trondheim as Valtec joins the Group. Valtec is a building interior provider in Trondheim that supplies and installs glass, interior decorations and suspended ceilings in commercial buildings in Central Norway.

The Valtec owners are selling all shares of the company to Vivify and making a significant reinvestment in the Group. The company is an excellent addition to the Group and represents a new geography for Vivify, as well as a further NOK 50 million in revenues. Moreover, Valtec brings additional first-rate industry expertise and experience, a young and strongly-motivated management team and many skilled craftspeople to the system.

This is a high-synergy partnership, with a potential for professionalising the interior decorations market. The group companies are getting better and stronger by joining forces to offer customers reliable and secure deliveries over time, with a focus on providing sustainable solutions and concepts. Together, they will offer their employees an attractive and stimulating workplace, and strengthen their position as an attractive place for new craftspeople to work.
