RSB strengthens Circura in southern Sweden

RSB strengthens Circura’s market position in construction services, pipe replacement and insurance claims in the Malmö region.

Stratema has advised the owners of RS Byggnads AB (“RSB”) in their divestment of the business to Circura, a group specialising in building maintenance and renovation in Sweden.

RSB specialises in construction services, pipe replacement and insurance claims for public and private property companies and housing associations in the Malmö region, with revenues of about SEK 160 million and around 30 employees. All partners will remain in their current operational roles and reinvest a major part of the purchase price in connection with the transaction, thereby becoming Circura group co-owners.

Circura is one of Sweden’s leading groups in property renovation and services. The group has adopted a decentralised and customer-oriented approach, drawing on large-company resources to renovate and improve Sweden’s buildings. Circura’s ambition is to unite and develop specialised companies that operate locally.
