Stratema has advised Rejlers in the acquisition of the safety consultancy and nuclear power expert Risk Pilot.

Stratema’s focus was to find the perfect match and specialised expertise to support Rejlers’ growth strategy and strengthen its position in the growing market for technical consultancy within the energy sector, particularly in nuclear power.

A Great Deal remains great even after the merger.

Fredrik Liljecrantz, Director Stratema

This is the second transaction where Stratema has supported Rejlers in Sweden. In addition, we have collaborated on five further transactions in the Norwegian market. Collaboration has been the key not only to completing the acquisition but also to laying the foundation for a successful deal for all parties.

Risk Pilot has, for over 20 years, developed reliable systems and methods to identify, assess, and minimise risks within security-classified operations. The company has approximately 50 employees and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, and generated revenues of 68 MSEK in 2024. By combining technical, organisational, and financial expertise, Risk Pilot has become a leading player in safety consulting, primarily within the nuclear power industry.

Rejlers was founded in 1942 and is one of the leading technical consulting firms in the Nordics. With its deep expertise, the company helps businesses, public authorities and other organisations address the societal challenges of tomorrow. Rejlers operates in Sweden, Finland, Norway and the United Arab Emirates, with around 3,300 experts in fields such as energy, industry, infrastructure, and real estate. In 2024, Rejlers generated revenues of SEK 4.4 billion, and its B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap.
