The acquisition makes Rejlers one of the largest Norwegian providers of electrical engineering, automation, energy and ventilation consultancy services.
Omega Holtan has 30 employees nationwide, and is headquartered in Tønsberg. The company has revenues in excess of NOK 40 million, with robust profitability. The acquisition means that Rejlers Norway now has close to 200 employees across 10 offices, with combined revenues of NOK 240 million in 2021.
With employees located in many parts of the country, Rejlers can offer its customers a combination of strong expertise and local presence.
– The merger with Omega Holtan is an excellent match, in terms of business areas, expertise, corporate culture, as well as geographical coverage. We are anticipating considerable synergies now that Omega Holtan is being integrated into our company, says Petter Arnesen, CEO of Rejlers Norway.
Omega Holtan was established in 1985 and is currently owned by employees and former employees. The company will now become a separate division of Rejlers Norway, with Ragnar Holtan as Head of Division.
The acquisition of Omega Holtan is a step towards realising Rejlers’ growth ambitions for the Norwegian market.
