Nytt Foretak sold to Hawk Infinity

With Hawk as an active owner, Nytt Foretak will strengthen its position in the Norwegian market by expanding its customer base and its product portfolio. Hawk will also contribute to the company’s geographical expansion into the Swedish market.

Nytt Foretak provides Norway’s main law firms and investment banks with an innovative platform for establishing shelf companies and group structures. In just a few years, the company has become a leading player in the Norwegian market, with a market share in excess of 60%. A key contributor to the company’s success is its user-friendly platform, which includes a number of features that reduce the time customers spend on establishment, distribution and administration in connection with compliance and reporting requirements for shelf companies. This entails considerable added value for customers, enabling them to focus more on high-margin core business, as opposed to ad hoc support tasks.

Hawk Infinity will support Nytt Foretak with direct customer base expansion, strategic sparring on product development and commercialisation, as well as strategic advice on Nytt Foretak’s ongoing expansion into the Swedish market. In addition, they will explore opportunities for expanding the Nytt Foretak platform through the development of new functionalities and additional acquisitions.
