Cenco joins the Corda group

The transaction strengthens Corda’s position within refurbishment and specialised services, and gives the group a robust position in the conversion of commercial premises in the Nordics.

Cenco has specialised expertise in the conversion, modification and servicing of commercial premises, including shops, shopping centres, restaurants and public buildings. The company has established itself as a major player in the Norwegian market and has started to expand into Sweden and Denmark. For 2025, Cenco expects revenues of about NOK 230 million and operating profits of NOK 22 million.
