Stratema is seeking an ambitious and analytical candidate to join our Tech Team in Oslo for an internship from 1 September 2026 to 30 May 2027. This is a paid internship and a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with M&A transactions in the technology sector within a leading Nordic M&A environment.
About the role
As an intern at Stratema, you will become an integrated part of our Tech Team, working closely across our offices in Oslo and Stockholm. You will work directly with experienced advisers and gain insight into the full M&A process – from analysis and opportunity identification to transaction execution.
The role will include, among other things:
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Market and company analysis
- Contributions to ongoing transaction processes
- Preparation of presentations and decision materials
- Some travel should be expected
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Will start their final year of a master’s degree in economics, business, finance or a related field in autumn 2026
- Have strong academic results
- Have solid analytical skills and an interest in M&A and technology
- Are structured, proactive and execution-oriented
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with responsibility
- Relevant experience from, for example, finance, audit or consulting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
