Stratema is growing, and we are now going to add even more value by further strengthening the communication of our expertise, culture and values. We are therefore looking for a Content Marketing Manager.  

 

The crux of the role:

You will in this role have general responsibility for our profile and marketing. We have laid down robust foundations through our values, visions and results, but also through our distinctive image and communications. 

You will engage strategically as well as operationally with communications and contents, both externally and internally. You will be responsible for our tone of voice, as well as for text production and publication in Stratema’s interfaces and channels. You will be a key linchpin internally, and will work closely with our analysts, project managers and partners on content production for our industry groups and clients. You will also maintain contact with our marketing partners and agencies, and assist with press releases and media relations. 

You will therefore as the Stratema Content Marketing Manager have ample scope for using your expertise to highlight our story and reinforce our brand. You will harness your creativity, insight and penmanship to identify and disseminate all our great stories. 

 

Who were are looking for:

You excel at creating well-pitched communications that get noticed. You are a virtuoso with words, and have a strong eye for visuals that enables you to enhance the text with the right image or video. You are self-driven, proactive and versatile, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to get to the bottom of complex issues. You have a quality-conscious and structured approach to your work, and you set high standards. 

We would expect your background to include a marketing and communications degree. You are well versed in the use of content management and publishing tools. We would also appreciate you having an analytical mindset and experience with data-driven communications. We would envisage that you are socially engaged, and it would be preferable for you to have an interest in banking, finance and technology. It would be advantageous for you to have a strong business acumen and the ability to understand the revenue models and market opportunities of businesses. You have robust Norwegian and English communication skills, as well as excellent social skills.
