Visiolink, seeking to expand its reach in the larger markets of Germany and Denmark, has found Vitec to be the perfect partner in navigating this next growth phase.
Stratema is exclusive M&A advisor to Vitec in the Nordics, providing expert assistance in identifying and facilitating strategic transactions.
Visiolink provides a publishing system for digital versions of print media, such as newspapers, with a focus on media companies. Visiolink currently has about 200 customers in 9 European countries, with the Nordic countries accounting for a large portion of sales.
