Future Technology has extensive expertise in electrical engineering, electrical power, technical safety, project management, risk and safety services, as well as project-related health, safety and environment (HSE) services.

The company operates primarily within the infrastructure, manufacturing industry and energy market sectors, and thus has a professional profile that fits well with Rejlers Norway’s strategic focus areas. The acquisition strengthens Rejlers Norway with complementary and specialised expertise, and boosts the company’s position as a leading provider of consultancy services to key sectors of society and industry.

Future Technology is a company that has been on our radar for a long time, and one that has really impressed us. The acquisition represents a clear strategic fit, with complementary services and considerable scope for accelerated joint growth,” says Ragnar Holtan, CEO of Rejlers Norway.

Future Technology was established in 2010. The company has 72 employees with offices at Torp in Sandefjord and at Skøyen in Oslo. Future Technology has a strong track record of profitable growth. Revenues in 2025 came to NOK 119 million, with an attractive profit margin.

Rejlers is well placed to leverage Future Technology’s strong performance. The combination of our local operating model and Rejlers’ resources and expertise establishes a robust foundation for continued profitable growth,” says Marianne Ask, CEO of Future Technology.

The intention is to maintain Future Technology as a separate limited liability company under the Rejlers umbrella. This ensures inter-company impartiality and independence, whilst facilitating closer integration, joint development and the exploitation of cross-company economises of scales. Marianne Ask, together with her experienced team, will continue to lead the business and will also join the Rejlers Norway senior management team.

The acquisition is in line with Rejlers’ strategy of being an attractive partner for its customers and business contacts. It also supports the company’s goal of driving energy transition, contributing to industrial transformation and future-proofing society. With this acquisition, Rejlers Norway has 265 employees and revenues of close to NOK 500 million (based on 2025 figures).
