Erik holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Lund University, with a specialisation in Corporate Finance. After graduating in August 2022, he began his career at EY-Parthenon in Stockholm, where he quickly built relevant transaction experience.
At EY-Parthenon, Erik worked on financial due diligence across approximately 20 transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. He supported clients through analyses of financial position, value drivers and key risk areas, and contributed to the preparation of clear and decision-relevant materials for both management teams and investors. This role provided him with a strong analytical foundation and extensive experience in communicating complex financial matters in a structured and accessible manner.
In his role at Stratema, Erik will work closely with clients in the construction and infrastructure sector, contributing his experience in financial analysis and transaction support. With a structured analytical approach, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in M&A, Erik looks forward to being part of a team operating in a sector characterised by high activity and ongoing development.
Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with friends and family – whether skiing, visiting the west coast, or exploring new destinations centred around good food and drink.
