Hawk Infinity acquires ACERcon

Hawk Infinity enters the transport industry as a provider of business-critical software through its acquisition of Danish ACERcon.

Since 1997, ACERcon has developed resource planning tools, as well as registration and documentation systems, tailored to the transport industry. The company has developed a strong portfolio of cost-reducing and efficiency-enhancing tools for bus operators, hauliers and municipal entities.

This transactions marks Hawk’s sixth acquisition in Denmark so far in 2025. Hawk has within a short period of time established itself as a major player in the Danish market through a clear strategy of investing in niche providers with a proven track record and a clear growth trajectory.
