Zara Hosseinpoor earned her master’s degree in Economics and Management from BI Norwegian Business School in 2022. Even before embarking on her studies, she set her sights on a career in corporate finance. Originally, Zara had plans to take a year off to travel after completing her studies. However, a certain pandemic put a stop to those plans. Instead, she chose to seize the opportunity to learn accounting from scratch at the Salvation Army’s finance department. As Zara puts it, having an eye for detail makes it easier to read an annual report and identify warning signs.

Following her tenure at the Salvation Army, she transitioned to RSM Norway where she specialized in financial due diligence, PPAs, vendor assistance, valuations, and modeling. At Stratema, a new phase awaits, with a focus on projects within the construction, infrastructure and civil engineering industry. Zara will be a key contributor to the construction-team, primarily focusing on analysis, financial modeling, and valuation within projects.

Zara is renowned for her ambitious and goal-oriented nature, evident both in her personal endeavors and in her client interactions. During her leisure time, she enjoys exploring diverse destinations with her circle of friends, who share her passion for global travel.
