Stratema awarded Great Place to Work certification for 2023/2024

Being certified for the second consecutive year as a Great Place To Work is clear evidence of Stratema’s commitment to an excellent working environment.

Our commitment extends beyond excellent M&A services and client satisfaction; we believe our people are our greatest asset, aiming to assemble the very best team. A key success factor in the competition for top industry talent is to offer a meaningful working day in a caring and inclusive working environment. We nurture this through proximity and interaction between employees and management. This approach forms an integral part of our values and business idea. We recognise the importance of being seen and heard in day-to-day decision making, and everyone is consulted when important decisions are made. We believe that such interaction creates ownership, innovation, trust and creativity, and helps fostering a team-based performance culture. This creates a virtuous circle that makes it even more attractive to work at Stratema, as also reflected in the services we provide to our clients.

Great Place To Work is a leading global consulting and analysis institute that has assisted organisations with identifying, creating and sustaining great workplaces for more than 30 years. The certification is based on a survey of Stratema’s employees. Employees answered extensive questionnaires on issues ranging from the working environment and communications between management and employees, to whether one is proud of working here and whether one has experienced discrimination on the basis of age, gender or ethnicity. The certification is valid for one year and is renewed annually through a new survey.

The feedback we get from our employees is fed into our ongoing efforts to continue to create an inclusive, flexible and supportive working environment for our employees. We are proud and pleased that our Great Place To Work certification has been renewed.
