System1 is an interior decoration provider in Viken that supplies and installs interiors, including glass, floor and ceiling solutions, in commercial buildings. The company is based at Grålum in the municipality of Sarpsborg.
The System1 owners are selling all shares of the company to Inredo and are reinvesting a major part of the sales proceeds in the Inredo group.
The company is an excellent match for the group and will boost its position in Eastern Norway by adding a strong local presence to the southeast of Oslo. System1 brings revenues of about NOK 75 million to Inredo. It also contributes additional professional expertise, along with extensive industry experience and a number of highly skilled craftspeople.
All employees and founders are committed to continuing as part of the Inredo group.
