Procano AS acquires Instant Office AS

Procano was seeking to find a company that matched the culture and the values Procano stands for.

Procano and Instant Office has 36 employees with operations operating in Brevik and Oslo. Headquarters will be in Oslo. Procano four employees at Lysaker moves to fall into the Instant Office’s premises on Skøyen. The companies had a turnover in 2013 of over NOK 63 million, with a profit before tax of NOK 10.5 million. Jørgen Berg will continue as CEO. Dir. in Procano. Christian O. Breivik, current CEO of Instant Office AS, will take over as Deputy. Director in the merged company. The merger is scheduled to take place with effect from 1 January.
