Nordic Academy AS sold to Sonans Utdanning AS

With assistance from Stratema, Nordic Academy has entered into an agreement regarding the sale of the organisation and accompanying brands Karrierehuset and Karrieresystemer to Sonans.

Nordic Academy is a course provider which offers professional courses focused on restructuring processes, job clarification and activation, as well as specialised courses aimed at young people and adults. The courses are offered to persons who need to re-orient themselves in the labour market, or who need to increase their competence in order to remain within or enter the labour market.

Sonans offers general studies programmes and is the country’s leading provider within the private education sector. The chain has private colleges in eight Norwegian cities, extensive web-based courses, a liaison service for overseas studies and three upper secondary schools. Sonans Utdanning admits a total of approximately 7,000 students each year.
