Its service offering includes i.a. SMS Gateway, mobile payment, mobile communication and CRM database solutions. In addition to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, the company has operations also in Germany, Latvia and Estonia.
Link Mobility achieved a revenue of 362 million NOK in 2015. The company is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
Labyrintti Group is the market leader in the mobile solutions market in Finland. It offers turnkey and platform solutions, such as SMS and MMS Gateway, text message and mobile payment systems for various industries, including ICT, energy, logistics and advertising. The offices are located in Tampere, Helsinki and Sofia. Labyrintti had a revenue of 5,5 million EUR with an EBITDA margin of approximately 30 % in 2015. Link mobility acquires all the shares in the companies Labyrintti Media Oy and Labyrintti International Oy.
