With the rise of digitalization and increasing challenges associated with IT-security it is becoming increasingly important for businesses to have a stable and safe IT-environment.

With the acquisition of Purity we continue to broaden our offering of advanced services and solutions with new competence. Purity will help Dustin meet a growing demand in the market for storage, backup and services to avoid downtime, says Jens Haviken, VP Services & Solutions, Dustin.

Dustin’s acquisition of Purity is complimentary to previous acquisitions and adds further expertise to the company. In addition to cloud based solutions, Purity also offer hardware storage solutions, which will strengthen Dustin’s position in the Norwegian market. During its 2015 accounting year, Purity’s sales were approximately 80 MNOK with 27 employees at its Oslo office. The company is expected to be fully integrated with Dustin within 18 – 24 months.
