The acquisition of Johnet AS at Gran in Hadeland will add new expertise and capacity in multiple fields, especially in the SME segment.

Closing of the acquisition took place on Tuesday 6 April. The acquisition also strengthens the group’s local presence in northern Viken and Innlandet; an important geographical focus for Braathe Gruppen.

JOHNET

Johnet AS has provided IT infrastructure, IT operations and cloud services since 1988. The company is focused on the SME segment and has through its own data centre and Microsoft’s cloud services provided this segment with #SmartArbeid interaction and technology. The company has 16 employees, who are based at Gran in Hadeland. In 2020, Johnet had a turnover of NOK 46 million, with a robust operating profit.
