The acquisition of Johnet AS of Gran in Hadeland will add new expertise and capacity in multiple fields, especially in the SME segment.

Stratema has advised Braathe on market positioning and product portfolio strategy, in addition to devising a comprehensive buy-and-build strategy designed to accelerate growth and expansion. Johnet represents the final component of Braathe’s acquisition strategy to achieve national coverage and a NOK 500 million revenue target. Their emphasis on serving SMEs, coupled with a commitment to providing standardised MSP solutions, makes them an ideal fit with Braathe’s business model.

Closing of the acquisition took place on Tuesday 6 April. The acquisition also strengthens the group’s local presence in northern Viken and Innlandet; an important geographical focus for Braathe Gruppen.
