BizOne, a Swedish data and analytics specialist that helps large businesses generate specific value added, is entering into a partnership with Norrin – one of Finland’s fastest-growing IT companies.

For BizOne, this deal represents a major step forward – with access to sophisticated AI capabilities, a broader range of services and the scale needed to challenge the main players. For Norrin, the acquisition is a strategic milestone that gives the company a foothold in the Swedish market and creates a strong platform for continued expansion throughout the Nordics.

The combined group will have about 210 IT specialists and is expected to attain pro forma revenues of EUR 26 million by 2025. The growing demand for AI- and data-driven solutions in Sweden positions the new constellation for significant growth throughout the Nordics.
This partnership will poise BizOne for accelerated growth – by expanded its reach, strengthening its expertise and positioning it at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-driven business development in Sweden and the Nordics.
