Stratema advised Aison to conduct a strategic review, in response to the increasing demands faced by managed service providers in relation to GDPR, ESG, etc., as well as the current market consolidation. Stratema positioned Aison as a gateway to the Southern Norwegian MSP market and pinpointed Visolit as a potential partner due to its limited presence in the region. Moreover, Aison’s established telecommunications expertise represented a valuable addition to Visolit’s service offerings.
Aison and Visolit complement each other, thereby making the combined entity a strong partner for its customers, whether on hybrid cloud solutions, digital collaboration tools, infrastructure or security. Visolit is a versatile and reputable IT service provider, which will enable Aison to offer a broader range of services to new and existing customers in the region. Moreover, Visolit is a rapidly growing company, whose visionary plans are well aligned with Aison’s ambitions.
“The acquisition is an important part of our expansion strategy and also entails a further strengthening of our position in new geographical regions in the growing Nordic market for hybrid cloud solutions.”
Terje Mjøs, CEO of Visolit.
