We are now looking for a Project Manager in the Tech team, based at our Stockholm office, who wants to help shape the deals of the future.
About the role
As a Project Manager with us, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating M&A processes from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients and teams to ensure each project is delivered with high quality and professionalism. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic transactions and gain exposure to high-profile clients – both corporates and financial sponsors, Nordic and global, on both the buy- and sell-side.
We are looking for someone who can:

- Prepare and coordinate materials for clients and internal meetings.

We believe you:
- Have previous experience managing M&A projects – preferably from advisory or in-house roles.
- Holds a master’s degree in finance or equivalent from a well-regarded higher-education institution.
- Are analytical and strategic, able to see the big picture while handling details.
- Have an entrepreneurial streak and enjoy taking initiative and creating solutions.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
